Football and the Sabbath

The Super Bowl is coming up! The bad news is it's on Sunday. The Good news is: it's not an excuse to skip church, Since church ends by 4:00 at the latest, and the game doesn't start till 4:30. You can still come partake of the sacrament, renew your covenants, and receive the blessings of the atonement, without missing the game. I'll see you at the chapel.

Love is the way of the disciple

The savior said "If ye love me, keep my commandments." Let us show our love to Him.

We rejoice in Christ

Christ is the head of His church. We should do all we can to follow Him and live His gospel. It is our duty as Christians.

Love is the measure of our faith, the inspiration for our obedience, and the true altitude of our discipleship.

The Spirit is there in many places and is felt in many ways, I have felt it at Church, in homes, and in nature. Being around the creations of God brings a peace, that really makes a difference in my life. How have you felt our Heavenly father's love in your life?
